New info about RF4 (Info/Request)

I saw this article over at famitsu: http://www.famitsu.com/news/201203/16011464.html.
I tried to Google Translate it, but, as one would expect, the translation wasn't very good. However, I was able to find out a few things about the game, but I would like to ask anyone here with some knowledge of Japanese to (please) translate the article properly.

Also, the website is up (http://www.maql.co.jp/special/game/3ds/runefactory4/), if someone is interested and didn't know about it earlier. It's possible to Google Translate it as well, but don't expect good results this time either.

Anyways, I can share some of the information I was able to "retrieve" from the Google Translated version of the Famitsu article.

• There are 4 new marriage candidates shown in the article. One knight (bachelorette), A gray haired bachelorette, A noble (bachelor) and a blonde bachelor. (I'm sorry I coulnd't really figure out what the three last marriage candidates do)
  
• It's possible to take on request from the inhabitants. The request will be brought up during a normal conversation with a NPC and one can choose whether to accept it or not. I'm not sure if there's some bulletin board as in RF3, but the translated article mentions some kind of "box".
  
• Along with the requests comes a point system of some sort. If understand the article correctly, you earn points by completing requests. These points seem to be used to improve thins in the game world, like arranging new festivals and competitions(?).
  
• The player can participate in the events, like in the old games.

Be aware that this might not be correct! I might have understood the translated article totally wrong, so please read it yourself and see if you can figure it out! If someone with knowledge of Japanese could translate the article, or at least correct me, I would be really grateful!

Just hoping it won't take the usual 8 months to 1 year it take for Natsume to localize a RF game.

It took a bit under 4 months for XCEED to localize Frontier i wish Natsume could go fast like that.

hmm, I wonder why whenever I come here to search for information, you guys are normally days to weeks behind unless it's huge. Oh well, most of that information you brought has been lying around for the past month more or less. Sorry to break it to you though. Not trying to be all high and mighty, just saying that those things aren't actually new other than the info on the kids you have being able to go adventuring with you. But yeah, there's the story which has been retold multiple times on various sites and reports, then there's info on Arthur, Kiel, Xiaopai, and Dolce. Also Xiaopai's favorite food being that stuff in which I sadly can't recall it's name. I suppose none of you have heard of that one bachelor who's going to be the priest and is also originally some type of Anubis monster. Anyways, not trying to sound ungrateful or anything, but you guys here should at least step it up a notch if you want to look like true diehard fans in the official forums for mostly everything RF in America and surrounding/close by countries (excluding Frontier since that was published by XSEED)
